With one delightful spin through these images, you’re sure to take note that this beautifully boho celebration was one FUN event to plan on our end! Emily had such a unique vision for her day, opting for anything and everything BUT a “cookie cutter” wedding. Way back when we started planning, Emily mentioned that she simply wanted to create an enjoyable, backyard experience for her wedding guests – nothing too uptight, comfort and warmth at every corner, and, to be sure, a celebration which oozed as much style as her and Griffin’s personal lives do.
Working within the already edgy backdrop of Boxed and Burlap’s warehouse venue, we thoroughly enjoyed helping E&G transform the space into a champagne-kissed boho dreamscape – complete with elegant tablescapes, uber-comfortable lounge furniture (and a favorite to this date – an outdoor floor pillow lounge!), and a timeless and elegantly neutral palette with slight pops of funk to keep things personal. 🙂
On top of E&G’s already stunning design, one of the behind-the-scenes moments we were (and still are) incredibly proud of was a complete (and extreme) FLIP of the space while guests enjoyed cocktails on the lawn. With the help of the incredible team at Chance Productions, we were able to transform an elegant ceremony space into the stunning reception you see below IN UNDER FORTY MINUTES. Pouring those last few glasses of champagne right before the toast, then letting E&G in early to share a little sneak peek was the icing on top of an already picture-perfect day.
Thank you SO MUCH to the hardworking vendors who poured their hearts into creating this one-of-a-kind design for such a warm, fun-loving couple. Mr. and Mrs. Peterson, we are so honored to have played such an important role in your day, and wish you all the best in your future together! Congratulations and CHEERS, you two!
