Do you travel?

Of course we do! We love any and every opportunity to experience new spaces, venues and cultures. We've planned weddings all over Wisconsin, as well as South Carolina, Michigan, Illinois and Ohio, but always welcome the chance to travel somewhere new.


How do you assign teammates to an event?

We first confirm availability among the team, then narrow the selection further based on personality, design and style matches.


Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

No. However, we have many trusted relationships with vendors whom we adore and enjoy working with. We believe that every couple and event deserves a completely customized team of creative partners, and we are uniquely positioned to curate the perfect team based on your needs and desires.


Do I only have my lead planner for the day of or will more staff be there? Is this included?

All collection prices include the staffing that we determine necessary based on the plans, timeline, and general needs of the specific event. For wedding with a larger guest count (generally 250+), we will customize the quote to allow for additional team member assistance. Every quote is customized, and staffing assignments will vary based on the scope of setup, installations, production, etc.


Do you help with the rehearsal?

Yes! One hour of rehearsal coordination is included in every collection. The rehearsal is an important opportunity for your planner to rehearse the ceremony, meet the important key players, coach the officiant, and work out all of the day-before jitters before the big day! It's also a chance for you to hand off personal decor, styling ingredients, and other key details to your planner so you can truly sit back and relish in the joy of your wedding day.
