Gosh, this couple; this DAY. Soo many good memories come from reliving Minsung and Adam’s gorgeous Michigan wedding day!
Minsung came to us via her sister and our dear friend, Jooles. Her and Adam were living the dream in Chicago, planning a wedding in Eastern Michigan, and gearing up for a big move out to the East Coast, so logically, they needed help sorting through and straightening out all the details of their big day. When we heard Jooles’ sister needed help, clearly we were already happy to step in, but when we discovered that their wedding was taking place at one of the TOP TEN wedding barns in the country (per, Martha, of course), we were obviously 100% sold!
Seriously, though, one look at this incredible Catalpa tree, that barn and all of those luscious vines?! Yeah, it’s no wonder Minsung and Adam decided that a trip up to Michigan would be the perfect destination spot to get hitched.
So much about Minsung and Adam’s day was so well thought out and SO personalized. From her Dad serving as their officiant, to the couple’s Chicago-themed beer centerpieces and wedding favors, even to her friends singing in the wedding and the bride and flower girl’s matching kicks, Minsung and Adam considered ALL of the right details to create a fun, inclusive experience for all of their guests. (Not to mention, Minsung’s wedding day binder rivaled ALL of our organizational documents – seriously, Min, if you need a job back in the Midwest….give us a call. )
We honestly find ourselves looking back on their July wedding day realizing how much of an immense pleasure it was to execute M&A’s gorgeous wedding day. We could not be more thrilled with how amazing the weather was, how gracious the guests were, and how phenomenally happy M&A were the entire day AND the weeks after. (Sidenote: Isn’t Adam’s smile crazy contagious!?)
Minsung and Adam, THANK YOU, again, for putting your trust in us Wisconsin gals to execute a Michigan barn wedding from afar, and for being another INSANELY kind couple we have had the pleasure to work with. We wish you all the best out East, and hope you have nothing but big smiles and warm hearts remembering this beautiful day. 🙂
