As we close the chapter on another incredible year, 2025 will always stand out and hold a very special place in our hearts. This year marked ten years of Elevate, a milestone that feels both surreal and deeply grounding. It was a year of celebration and reflection, meaningful growth, big moments, and a profound sense of gratitude for everything and everyone around us.
Simply put, 2025 gave us:
- Ten years in business. A decade of building, learning, pivoting, and showing up wholeheartedly for our clients. We’re incredibly proud of how far Elevate has come – and deeply thankful for every couple, client, teammate, and vendor who helped shape this journey.
- A major corporate partnership came to life. After planning alongside the incredible team at Brakebush since 2023, we traveled to five destinations across the country to execute events that pushed our creativity, logistics, and teamwork to new levels.
- Some of our most emotional room reveals yet – the kind that stop you in your tracks. Add in Elevate babies, unforgettable weddings, meaningful travel, and yes… the year of the tent floor (once again).
- New “friendors” turned trusted partners – relationships built on collaboration, respect, and shared values that continue to elevate our work.
Through it all, 2025 reaffirmed what matters most to us: grit, care, clear communication, and heart. This year stretched us – sometimes quietly, sometimes boldly – but always in ways that moved us forward.
Above all else, everything we accomplished was done together. Our team remains the true backbone of Elevate, and we’re endlessly grateful for the privilege of working alongside such talented, hardworking women. We solved problems, got our hands dirty, laughed often, and crafted celebrations we’ll remember for years to come.
2025 brought some pretty major life moments, too. Kelsie welcomed baby girl Rory (and we’re all completely obsessed), and our own Jenna and Amanda said “I do.” Watching our team grow – in love, life, and family – was one of the very best parts of the year.
Tents, tents… and FLOORS!
If 2025 had a signature build element, it was definitely the tent floor. From layered textures to thoughtful layouts that completely transformed open spaces, we had so much fun dialing in the details underfoot this year. Paired with some seriously impressive tented celebrations, multi-event weekends, and both familiar favorites and brand-new venues, these builds pushed our creativity in the best way.
Big, bold structures, thoughtful design, and a whole lot of problem-solving — all brought to life by our incredible Elevators, who somehow make even the most complex installs feel seamless.
Room Reveals = our favorite moment, every time.
No matter how many events we produce, the room reveal never gets old. Watching our clients take it all in – the joy, the tears, the quiet “wow” moments – is hands down one of our favorite parts of the job. It’s where months (and sometimes years) of planning finally come to life, and we get a front-row seat to the magic. Worth it. Every single time.
All the color, all the ways.
This year, we played with palette and theme more than ever – bold colors, unexpected pairings, and creative twists that made each celebration feel completely its own. From playful and vibrant to layered and refined, it was so fun to see color show up in fresh ways across so many different events. Proof that there’s no one “right” look – just the one that feels right for each client.
On the road with Brakebush.
One of the biggest highlights of 2025 was traveling across the country with the Brakebush team as they celebrated 100 years in business. Five destinations, countless logistics, and so many meaningful moments along the way. After planning together since 2023, seeing these celebrations come to life was incredibly special – and we’re so proud to have played a small part in such a major milestone.

As we close this milestone year, we do so with pride, humility, and excitement for what’s ahead. 2025 was a year of connection, intention, and creation – and we can’t wait to see where the next chapter takes us.
