Winter weddings here in the Midwest are always a treat. The crisp light reflecting off of the snow and early setting sun create such a magical atmosphere, and Alex & Erich’s wedding day was no exception. In fact, early on in our plans, these two shared their vision of their wedding festivities beginning during the evening hours after the sun had gone down. They loved the concept of a moody, cozy party vibe, filled with deep tones and glowy candlelight.
With sleek black elements, charcoal velvet linens and accents of crisp white and deep plum, we created the perfect palette for Alex & Erich’s winter wedding. The playful bar details, glow of candle light and the buzz and chatter of guests added to the already electric atmosphere. Everyone could feel the love emanating from these two as they shared their vows, which were 14 years in the making! By the end of the evening, the dance floor was packed and the music was pumping, with everyone dancing into the late hours.
Thank you, Alex and Erich, for bringing us along for the ride. We had a marvelous time working with you wonderful souls, and collaborating to create your dream day. Today, we’re raising a glass to you!
