Featured: Fall/Winter Editorial for Wisconsin Bride at the Northern Haus

With full creative freedom and an incredible group of Wisconsin vendors, we planned and designed a sophisticated, autumn-focused 6-page feature in Wisconsin Bride Magazine’s Fall/Winter edition, which just hit newsstands last week (send us a message if you’d like us to send you a physical copy)!

Okay, we know that summer has just begun, but in the wedding world, you always have to be 6-9 months ahead of the game! So, while we were busy finalizing all of our early summer wedding designs, we also had the pleasure of turning our focus to one of our favorite seasons here in the Midwest: AUTUMN!

Autumn can be so much more than maroon and orange. When choosing the palette and considering Ebb & Flow‘s floral mastery, we opted for the luxurious aubergine tones as our main focal color, with notes of muddied mauve, taupe and creams to add richness. Northern Haus in Door County is a lovely setting for a modern and stylish wedding, making the rich autumn colors really sing.

With a neutral base and understated place settings on the dinner table, the flowers took center stage. Ranunculus in a rich aubergine paired with soft shades of Westminster Abbey, Champagne roses, and hybrid delphinium worked beautifully together to create a full and rich look. We kept a strong focus on textures and used a variety of dried floral, fresh blooms, branches and mosses to match the season.

Wearing “Carla” from Alon Livne‘s 2022 Carmen Collection, our Bride represented the epitome of romance, inspiring the everyday bride looking for a simple, classic and less-is-more look.
