If you could sum up the phrase “idyllic Chicago wedding” with one couple, Melanie and Trent would be the leading duo. Their day was so perfectly them; chock full of a whole lot of “Chicago,” immersive details, and, well, a little bit of sweltering heat on top of that, if we’re honest! (Welcome to the joys of Midwest living, y’all!)
Very early on in their planning process, Melanie & Trent had a crystal clear vision of their ideal wedding day, and expertly communicated that vision to their team from start to finish. From the clean, elegant lines of her Grecian-inspired gown from BHLDN, to the industrial-yet-approachable vibe of their venue; even down to the perfectly executed taco bar for dinner; T&M’s wedding day perfectly described their entire story, from that very first swipe right, to the moment they uttered “I Do.”
Trent and Melanie, thank you, once again, for allowing us to play a part in your beautiful love story. Though the day was just a *touch* warmer than expected (the temp hit a mere 94 degrees!), we were so honored to have played a part. Cheers to you, and many, many spicy days ahead!
