It’s no secret that the holidays will look a little different this year. INTIMATE DINNER PARTY
Maybe you and your “COVID pod” are celebrating with a smaller dinner party. If you’re hosting, be sure to leave plenty of time to get yourself ready (as well as dinner), and if not, always bring a hostess gift – a bottle of wine is perfect! But, what to wear? A comfortable and fashionable option is velvet. Pick a fun festive color such as a deep green or burgundy. Add a statement shoe and some sparkly jewelry to complete your look!
KEEPING IT CASUAL
Are you going to a small laidback family gathering? A chunky sweater is always a good choice here. Keep it classic and timeless with a solid color or if you’re feeling a bit trendy, wear a plaid print! To keep your outfit casual but still special, pair it with a pair of pants versus your usual jeans. Winter whites are always in, or try a fun color such as a bold kelly green!
COMFY COZY AT HOME
Some of us will be staying home with our immediate families this year. Make a day out of it and wear matching cozy pjs. Who wouldn’t want to wear their pjs all day?! Add a fun winter accessory such as a hat or scarf and cuddle up on the couch with some hot chocolate, fuzzy slippers, and take some family selfies to share.
