We’re not quite sure where it came from, but man, have we been on one major smoothie kick recently! We suppose it could have been our recent big-girl purchases of a Vitamix and Nutribullet, or our lack of time getting ready in the morning, but we cannot deny it: whipping up a quick AND nutritious smoothie in the morning has got us shouting from the rooftops about these delicious cups of health! Here are three of our favorite “go-to” smoothie recipes:

- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup frozen mango and/or peach chunks
- 1 or 2 fresh bananas
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Triple Berry Smoothie
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1/4 raspberries
- 1 cup spinach/kale (trust us!)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- sprinkle of chia seeds
- 4-6 ice cubs

Almond Butter and Banana Protein Smoothie
